SessionCreationError
Newer versions of the SP software do not display the detailed messages that fully describe the errors that can occur when reporting failures. This is done to guard against scripting attacks.
When "Session Creation Error" is all that appears, you need to check the LogFiles, primarily shibd.log, to determine the actual error that the SP software reported.
When you have found more details about the error in the LogFiles, then you can also check CPPSPCommonErrors for a solution.
