We also have nothing to do with any issues regarding access to library databases or resources, subscriptions, or any login issues by individuals to those services. Our software may be used by organizations offering such services but we play no role in that process.

It is not advisable to file a bug directly or to send anything about the issue to a public mailing list, and we're happy to triage to the issue to determine the appropriate response.
