- Build class defining JCommander parameters inheriting from CommandLineArguments
- Implement doBuildURL() method in subclass translating parameters into a URL (and defaulting path to match the web service's path)
- Add a couple of one-liner shell/batch files to idp-dist in bin/ to run service, passing subclass name as a system property
